Senior Pastor
Pastor Brent Snow serves as the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church in Sedro‑Woolley, where he has faithfully ministered since 2023. He is known for clear, exegetical preaching and loving shepherding that honors every generation. Brent and his wife, Janice, have shared 35 years of marriage and are blessed with four adult children.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and a Master of Ministry, grounding his ministry in strong theological training and a deep commitment to multi‑generational discipleship. His work blends scholarship, creativity, and Gospel outreach throughout the Skagit Valley.
Outside of ministry, Brent enjoys hiking, gardening, and model trains, hobbies that reflect his love for creation, craftsmanship, and quiet moments of restoration.

Andrew Montoya
Youth Leader
Andrew Montoya was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. His family began attending Freeway Baptist Church after the passing of his brother, and it was there that Andrew and his family came to know Christ as their Savior.
Andrew sensed God’s call to ministry during a youth conference at West Coast Baptist College. After graduating high school in 2020, he enrolled at West Coast Baptist College and earned his degree in Religious Education with a focus on Church Ministries.
During his time in college, Andrew met his wife, Becky, in 2021, and the two were married in 2024. God has since blessed their home with a baby boy, Lucas, now three months old.
Andrew is grateful for the opportunity to serve the Lord and the families of First Baptist Church, and he looks forward to helping others grow in their walk with Christ.
