God Rewards Our Work (GROW)
GROW is one of the ways we reach out to our community and stay connected with our First Baptist family. It’s all about building relationships—encouraging new believers, caring for those who attend FBC, and reaching people who need Christ.
Our GROW team meets every other Wednesday to pray, write cards, make visits, send messages, and follow up with guests. It’s a simple, practical ministry that helps people feel seen, welcomed, and supported as they take their next steps in their walk with Jesus.
If you’re looking for a way to make a meaningful impact, GROW is a great place to start. It’s hands-on, relational, and centered on sharing the love of Christ with others.
Christian Life in 3 D
Christian Life in 3D is First Baptist Church’s pathway for intentional spiritual growth. We focus on three essential dimensions of the Christian life: Discipleship that shapes how we follow Christ, Doctrine that grounds us in biblical truth, and Discussion that helps us grow together in community. This simple, practical framework guides our teaching, our relationships, and our mission in the Skagit Valley.
Choir/ Orchestra
Our church is blessed with a choir and orchestra that minister in worship on special Sundays throughout the year. Their music adds beauty, depth, and joyful praise to our services. Though they do not serve every week, their ministry is a cherished part of our church life.
We would love to see both the choir and orchestra continue to grow as the Lord sends gifted believers who desire to use their musical abilities for His glory.
Ladies’ Ministries
The FBC ladies enjoy several ministries and activities through the year for fellowship, encouragement and outreach, like Ladies Breakfast, and other meetings.
Young Adult Fellowship
The young adults of our church gather for fellowship regularly.
Men’s Ministry
The men of FBC gather for breakfast prayer every other month. There are opportunities to build relationships with other men who love the Lord.
